Rosen Method Movement classes are fun and easy! They are low-impact classes, originally set up by Marion Rosen P.T. when her clients asked her to design a program to keep them from getting injured. Marion combined her knowledge of the physical body as well as her love of music and dance, into what is now known as Rosen Movement. Set to music, the gentle, unhurried movements help improve flexibility, balance and alignment. They also increase range of motion, ease of breathing, and deepen awareness of the body. These movements are done individually as well as in circles or with partners.
Clients of all ages, including athletes, feel better and age more gracefully, developing a deep awareness of their own bodies and how they move. The result often include loss of pain, better performance in other areas of physical activity, increased vitality and feeling of aliveness.
Life can be fun and we can move through it gracefully with joy and ease.
